Have a Heart Community Store

We provide a store full of pre-loved:

• Linen
• Clothing
• Footwear
• Toys
• Furniture—if available
• Appliances—if available
• School uniforms
• Baby items
• Books

The store is part of the Have a Heart Charitable Trust, and any profits will come back into the Kai Aroha Food Distribution Hub situated on Merritt St, to fund our emergency food packs. The more you shop, the more food we can supply to those who need it in the Eastern Bay. 

The Have a Heart Charitable Trust is a group of passionate people who have been engaged with the community since 2012. We work with other organisations and local groups to provide opportunities, through events, projects, activities and services, for those with a particular need to make connections with whoever has the resources, skill and ability to make life better. Where we can we also support groups in the community achieve their goals, such as the Awatapu Community Garden. Ultimately, we focus on all people’s wellbeing, supporting and aiding them not only to survive but to thrive. You might also know our signature annual event, the Heart to Heart Children and Families Expo.
