Hours: 15 hours per week

About Us:
Omataroa Rangitaiki No 2 Trust has a thriving business portfolio, including kiwifruit orchards and a quarry. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis for 6 months. This role is crucial in supporting our operations by ensuring smooth processing of accounts and accurate financial reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Handle financial reconciliations
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Perform general financial administration tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Booking of Travel and accommodation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial administration or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Self-driven and proactive in managing responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
