FISHER Gladys May (nee Thompson) — On January 9, 2025, Gladys passed away peacefully, aged 95, at Matamata Country Lodge. Dearly loved wife of the late Harry and loved sister of the late Muriel, Bob and Frank Thompson and sister of Margaret (Auckland). Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Alan and Lyn, Graham and Elaine and loved Nana of Kirralee, David and Kelly, Rebecca, Roydon and Owen, and Grand-Nan of Yasmin and Ashlyn, Gray and Casey, Noah and Imogen. Gladys’s family sincerely thank the team at Matamata Country Lodge for their dedication and care of Gladys. A celebration of Gladys’s life will be held at 3pm at the Tauranga RSA, 1237 Cameron Road, Gate Pa on Friday January 31.
