LAW James Malcom (Jim) — Peacefully on Tuesday 10th September 2024 at home in Thornton, aged 98. Dearly loved husband of the late Kath (nee Adams) for 68 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Murray and Barbara, Atholl and Janet, Jeff and Shona, Adrian and Vicki, and father-in-law of Sue and Steph (dec). Much loved and admired Grandad of Jennie and Fraser, Simon, Nicki and Hamish, Dan, Nick and Matt, Cameron, and Mitchell. Loved great-Grandad of Robbie and Alexander, Jessica, Harper, and Evelyn. Loved brother of Joyce (dec) and Russell (dec), and brother-in-law to Jack (dec), George (dec), and Bert (dec). A celebration of Jim’s life will be held in the chapel of Willetts Funeral Services, 21 King Street, Whakatane, on Thursday 19th September at 11am, followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim’s memory can be sent to Hospice EBOP or may be left at the service.
