READ Margaret Ellen — On Tuesday 11th June 2024, in Whakatane Hospital in her 94th year. Loved wife of the late Charlie. Much loved Mum and mother-in-law of Allan and Kathie Read (Hamilton), and Jill and Patrick Theobald (Opotiki). A loved Grandma and Nana Marg. A private burial will be held at Woodlands Te Ranginui Cemetery, Opotiki. A memorial service celebrating Margaret’s life will be held in Hamilton – day and time to be advised. A big thank you to the staff of Whakatane Hospital for their care of Mum in her final days, and also to the staff of St John for their initial care.
