ALLEN Peter Gordon — On Sunday 5th May 2024 aged 78, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Pacific Coast Village Te Manaaki Care Centre, Papamoa. Son of the late Colin and Margaret Allen. So very much loved by Margarita. Treasured father and father-in-law to Renee and Sefton, Jacob and Angela. Cherished grandfather to Jessica, Alex and Ashton. Loved and adored brother and brother-in-law to Carol (dec), Gaile and Eric, Valerie and John, Karen, Linda and Nancy. Uncle to Jason and Paulette, Brendon and Daniel, Keegan, and Neil. Special thanks to Pacific Coast Village Te Manaaki Care Centre for all their wonderful care and love they gave Dad over the last 9 months. At peace now, no longer lost and confused. Done some work in the orchard then gone fishing with his Dad. Rest in eternal love Dad, Renee and Jacob.
A celebration of Peter’s life will be held on Wednesday 8th May 2024 at 2pm in the Chapel of Willetts Funeral Services, 21 King Street Whakatane followed by a private cremation.
