GERRITSEN Peter — After a brief journey with Cancer, graduated to Heaven, surrounded by family on 2 October 2026, aged 85. Dearly loved husband of Joke for 62 years. Treasured father and father-in-law of Chris and Aaron, Igor and Hanna, Ceciel and Mike, and Opa of Ella, Simone, Jacob, Ana, Sally, Joe and Andie. Following a private family burial, the funeral service to celebrate Peter’s life will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Tauranga at 2:00 pm on Thursday the 8th of October.
