PARKINSON David Gary (Dave) — On Wednesday 2nd September 2026, passed away after a brave fight, aged 75. Beloved husband, soulmate and best friend of Petra. Much loved father and father-in-law of Sarah-Lee and Grant Sisson, and Clare Parkinson. Adored Grandpa of Hayden, Sophie, Georgia and Leo. Adored brother of Valma (dec), Rona (dec), June (dec), Betty (dec), Sue, and Rhonda. A celebration of Dave’s life will be held in the chapel of Willetts Funeral Services, 21 King Street, Whakatane on Saturday 5th September at 11am, followed by a private cremation.
