MOKE Laurence, (Sonny) — With love and sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father Laurence (Sonny) Moke, 77 years old, who passed peacefully on 20 May, 2026, surrounded by whānau. Born on 29 June, 1948, in Reporoa. Sonny was known for his love of music and fishing. He is survived by his wife Georgina; daughters Stefanie, Sonya and Sharmaine and son-in-law Roger. He will be taken to Makahae Marae, Te Puke to lie in state. The service will be at 11am Friday 22nd May. Sonny will be deeply missed by his friends and whānau.
