BARKLA Noelene Ellen — Passed away peacefully at Whakatāne Hospital on 2 April 2026, surrounded by love, after a life so well lived and generously shared. Dearly loved partner of the late Brendon Wilfred Neutze. Cherished and much-loved mother and mother-in-law of Greg and Joanne (deceased), Adrian and Laura, Robin and Claire, and Cherie (deceased) and PC. A deeply adored grandmother and great-grandmother, whose love and warmth will live on in all her grandchildren. A treasured and loyal friend to many. In accordance with Noelene’s wishes, a private cremation has been held. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at the Ōhope Bowling Club on Wednesday, 8 April 2026, at 2.00pm.
