CANNELL Jeffrey David (Jeff) — On Thursday, 8 January 2026, peacefully surrounded by family at Tauranga Hospital aged 77 years. Loved and adored husband of Lee. Loved and cherished father and father-in-law of Nicky, Bridget and Tony, Mike and Vanessa. Adored Grandad of 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Pat and Chris (England), Chris and Yukka, Val, and Grant (Australia). Jeff, a special person to so many. In line with family wishes a private service has been held at the Whakatane Crematorium, followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Cancer Society.
