Young musicians will take the stage for Music Whakatāne’s final concert of 2026, Rising Starlets, on Tuesday, November 10.
The concert celebrates performers aged five to 12, giving them an opportunity to share their musical talents with the community.
The programme will feature a variety of instruments and performances, including singing, Highland pipes, violin, trombone, piano and recorders.
This year’s concert will be held at a new venue, the Trident High School Drama Room, with signs directing visitors from the main car park.
The concert begins at 6.30pm, with entry by koha or donation.
The public is invited to come along and support the region’s young musicians as they develop their skills and confidence.
