The Edgecumbe Women’s Institute is holding its annual charity coffee morning on Monday with everyone invited.

As in previous years, the fundraiser will be held from 10am to noon in Diane Harvey’s garden at 143 College Road in Edgecumbe.

Proceeds will be donated to the Matatā Fire Brigade first responders’ unit.

Entry is $5 and includes morning tea and entry into multiple prize draws.

The Women’s Institute advises attendees to bring a bag and cash if they wish to purchase any of the plants, baking, fresh produce and knick-knacks for sale.

The event is open to everyone and commonly attracts over 100 people from around the wider Bay of Plenty.
