Two schools and a Whakatāne travel agency were vandalised last week.

Reports were made to police of graffiti at both James Street School and Trident High School last Monday.

Significant damage was caused to the James Street School grounds, including six windows being smashed.

In town, Helloworld Travel’s front doors were smashed in with a rock on two occasions, just a few days apart.
