The continual and increasing lawlessness by some must not be allowed to continue.

We have, for the past decade or two, absolved these felons, both young and mature, by using every excuse, including upbringing, culture, medical problems, drug addiction et al.

These problems have been addressed as far as possible. However, no conceivable improvement has been observed.  The judiciary get it wrong on some occasions, while lawyers may present false information. The leniency of sentences allowed, must be addressed, no discounts, only add-ons.

The continual harping on about how society bears the responsibility for the behaviour of these lawless cretins is absolute nonsense and should be viewed as such.
