I FIND it unbelievable that someone can rack up $11,000 in court fines and is still walking around the streets.

This is the case of a 20-year-old who I read about in the court news (Beacon, October 11). Surely this warrants jail time.

With this new Government, I thought they were going to crack down on this sort of continual behaviour.
