Edgecumbe health coach Ashlee Sturme is launching a nationwide online women’s wellbeing course on Sunday.
The course, Enspirited Wellness, has contributions from 25 health coaches, including a midwife, a GP, a psychologist and a nurse and other trained health professionals from across the country.
Ms Sturme said the collaborative project was a “dream come true”.
Covering topics from hormones perimenopause, nutrition, fertility, pregnancy, parenting, menopause and how these factors affect health and wellbeing, she expects it to benefit all women wanting to learn more about themselves and their health.
A free trial is available on Sunday, and, from Monday, the course will cost $149.
Ms Sturme is excited to share “so much incredible knowledge” with other women.
“I am doubly excited, also, to see the incredible collaborative efforts of our team – many of whom challenged themselves to learn course creation, who have all leant into the project with grace and passion.
“I always love to see the amazing results that comes from women working together,” she said.
“It is so much knowledge, the latest science, all relevant in one place.”
