CRITERIA - The "applicant" must be a not-for-profit community organisation. This would include schools, sports clubs, charities, community groups. The "event" would be a fundraising project run by the organisation to raise funds for a particular purpose. The 'event' must be coming up, not already held. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - I agree to the following: The recipient organisation of the sponsorship will be available for publicity with the Beacon e.g. a photo and story. The recipient will supply the Beacon with a GST invoice for the sponsorship of the event. The sponsorship of $500 (plus GST) will be paid to the recipient once the publicity has been published, and a GST invoice has been received. The Beacon will receive naming rights and promotion as a supporter of the event. This would include naming the Beacon in their promotional material, putting up a Beacon banner. The selection of the successful applicant will be at the sole discretion of the Beacon, will be final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
